Learn how to regulate your emotional difficulties as you experience them
The training takes place in two 1-hour sessions, 2 to 3 weeks apart.
In the first session, you will learn how to pay attention to the physical sensations you feel in your body when you experience an unpleasant emotion. For the next 2 to 3 weeks you will practice what you’ve learned as you face difficulties.
In the second session, we’ll review your successes in resolving difficult emotions and possible challenges that you encountered.
The goal is to help you gain autonomy in resolving your negative emotions as you face them.
Included in this training is a separate session to be scheduled to help you resolve a specific difficult.
